Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping: $5.99 flat rate
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50
- Rates are calculated automatically at checkout
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Delays
Occasionally, factors like weather, carrier delays, or high order volume can affect delivery times. We'll do our best to keep you updated if this happens.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect packages once they've shipped, so let us know right away if you notice an error before your order ships.
Lost or Missing Packages
